Our Vision

The Church’s primary aim and objective is to practice and propagate what our Lord Jesus Christ commanded in Mark 16:15-16: ” go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature, he that believeth and is baptized shall be saved…”, and in Matthew 25:40 ” in as much as ye have done it unto one of the least of these brethren, ye have done it unto me.”

The church exists to bring all people everywhere to the saving knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ through the proclamation of the gospel, the planting of churches and the equipping of believers for every God-glorifying service.

It demonstrates the love of God through the provision of social services in partnership with governments, communities and other like-minded organizations.

Four Pillars of the Church

The church is an integral part of society and is the cornerstone for building a place for all. For a long time, the church has been viewed as a place for like-minded people. People with the same culture, the same language and the same ideas. This in some ways, has been a stumbling block for people who may not share the same understanding, or have the same principles to feel engaged or even addressed in society. We have left the generation to fend for themselves, and it is now time to take a stand.

It is therefore imperative that we build a church on these four pillars:

  1. Spiritually Based: A church which not only recognises the value of the word of God, but can practically apply the study of the bible in their lives.
  2. Community Based: A church which creates an environment conducive for creating jobs, training centres, and being a church which stays relevant in the community.
  3. Attractive Church: A Church which engages everyone and a place for all.
  4. Stable Church: A church which propels the need for career and economic development inclusively.

These four pillars are the foundation upon which as an international church, we can convey the knowledge of Christ to a starving generation, and impact our communities by creating an environment which welcomes all. No matter what background, qualifications or accreditations you have, PIWC welcomes you to fellowship with us and not only experience, but encounter Jesus.
